How safe is it to rent a jump house?
Our inflatables are all safety rated and exceed industry safety standards. This means that they are built using the latest in high security designs and fire retardant materials. Highest quality commercial grade material is used, with triple stitched seams and reinforced stress points. We ensure a secure set up. All users must follow the instructions and guidelines on the Rental Policy.
Do you charge for set up and tear down?
There is no additional charge for set up and tear down.
What is the delivery charge?
All deliveries within the first 30 kms (each way) are free. Please inquire regarding an additional fuel surcharge for further deliveries.
Why is there a different charge depending on renter?
Large events, like those held by Non Profit Organizations and Corporations typically have more participants than birthday parties. The increased price helps cover the increased wear on the bouncy castles.
What is your policy if there is inclement weather?
Due to safety concerns, bouncy castles cannot be used in the rain, or in winds of 25 mph or more. If the weather looks like it will be unsafe, please contact us prior to 9:00 am on event day to cancel the rental or reschedule. If the rental is cancelled due to inclement weather, we honour a full refund. If we set up the unit, and the weather later turns inclement, we ask that you deflate the unit and we will pick up according to schedule. Unfortunately, in this instance, we cannot give a refund.
Are your units clean?
All of our inflatables and equipment are meticulously cleaned and serviced after each use.
How do I go about reserving an inflatable?

Do I have to rent for the entire day or can I rent for shorter or longer periods of time?
Our standard rates are for 4 or 7 hour rentals, but we are flexible. Please contact us to discuss any special needs.
When/How do I pay?
A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm booking which is fully refundable for inclement weather.
Full payments are due at time of unit set up. We accept company issued cheques and cash (exact amount) at that time. We also accept prepayments via e-transfer. We are setup to accept credit card payments (a 3% surcharge will apply).
Do you offer a discount for renting multiple units?
Yes, we extend a 10% discount on the unit rental price if you would like to rent multiple units concurrently or a single unit for more than 1 day.
Will the bouncy castles harm my lawn?
In most cases, renting a bouncy castle only temporarily flattens the grass.
Does Bring the Bounce have insurance?
Yes, we carry a $2,000,000. liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from Bring the Bounce are required to sign a Rental Agreement and Waiver prior to setting up the equipment.
Is Bring the Bounce a registered business?
Yes, we are a registered Manitoba company.
What type of power is required for an inflatable?
The inflatable should be within 100 feet of a 110v outlet. It should be a single breaker outlet, with nothing else plugged in on that circuit. In most cases, we can supply the extension cords.
Can I have an inflatable at a park?
You must contact the park, in advance, to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable present. Many parks require a permit to have an inflatable set up and this can take as many as 10 days to process. If a 110v outlet is not available, a generator will be required. If you cannot arrange a generator, we can rent one on your behalf for an extra charge.
What should we do to get ready for our inflatable rental?
1. Measure - make sure there is enough room
2. Ensure outside electrical plug is working
3. Mow your lawn the day before
4. Clean any debris and animal waste from area
5. Ensure any underground sprinkler is turned off
